There would be a $200 deposit to reserve a bus. This can be paid with a debit/credit card over the phone. In the event you need to cancel, this deposit is non refundable, but can be used toward a future trip in the next 6 months, however some dates may be blacked out due to special events.

*See page 2 of the bus contract. Basically, no smoking of any kind, no illegal drugs. Any damage caused by anyone in the group would be charged to the card on file for the deposit. You are welcome to bring bottles, cans, cups, and alcohol is permitted. Customer agrees to pay a $100 cleaning fee for any vomit or bodily fluids in the bus.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, we just ask that you use the garbage can on the bus to dispose of your trash. There would however be a $100 special cleaning fee for any vomit or bodily fluids.

By law, we cannot supply or gift alcohol to anyone on the bus. However, you are welcome to bring whatever beverages you wish onto the bus with you.

Yes, absolutely. We carry full coverage, a $5 million liability policy that meets state and federal regulations.

Our hourly rate is charged from the time you schedule the bus to pick you up until the time we drop you off at your final destination.

No, we do not charge a travel fee to get to your location. We charge for the time period you have requested the bus.

We do not charge any hidden fees like many others in this industry. We include fuel, mileage, and tax in our rate. The only thing in addition to our rate would be gratuity for the driver.

Our suggested gratuity for our drivers is 18-20%. Our drivers are professionally trained and will make sure you arrive at your destinations safely and you are having a great time. They will take great care of your group.

We accept debit/credit card for the deposit, if you wish to pay in person with cash, you can schedule an appointment to come meet with us at our facility in Hartford, about 40-45 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. The day of the trip, we do accept cash and that can be paid directly to the driver. If you wish to pay with a card, we could just take care of that a few days before the trip over the phone.

We do our very best to have a backup vehicle available, however this can’t always be guaranteed. We do have some of the nicest and newest buses in the Milwaukee and Madison area. We pride ourselves on maintaining our vehicles and meeting the DOT standards and inspections as required by law. In the case of a breakdown, we do everything we can to make sure your plans are not altered and you can continue your event as closely to planned as possible. We have great relationships with other transportation companies in the area incase we need their assistance.

Guests may bring decorations for the bus such as banners, signs, streamers, balloons, etc., however light-tact removable tape must be approved by the driver before being used. No duct tape, pins, etc. that would damage the interior of the bus. Sorry, no window pens or dragging anything behind the bus.

Absolutely, we’d be happy to schedule an appointment with you to ensure the buses are available to view. We do store all of our vehicles in our brand new heated facility just south of Hartford in the town of Erin. We are located approximately 40 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee.
